What should I do if I’ve been asked to attend a police interview?
You should never attend a police interview without legal advice, even if the officer tells you it’s informal or voluntary. We can represent you during the interview and help you avoid self-incrimination.
Can I get a solicitor at the police station for free?
Yes. Everyone has the right to free legal representation at the police station. This applies whether you’ve been arrested or asked to attend voluntarily.
Will I go to prison?
