Innovator Founder Visa

We are specialist UK immigration advisers to entrepreneurs and business owners.

The Innovator Founder Visa is a single immigration route that has replaced both the Innovator visa and the Start-up visa. It is specifically tailored for individuals with unique and innovative business concepts, encouraging entrepreneurial creativity and promoting the growth of disruptive and ground breaking ventures. Holders of the Innovator Founder Visa can remain for up to three years, at which point they can apply for a further three-year extension.

One of the most attractive features of the Innovator Founder Visa is that after three years, you may be able to acquire permanent settlement in the UK; this is shorter than the normal five years required for indefinite leave to remain (ILR).

Successful applicants holding an Innovator Founder Visa are able to bring their partner and any children under the age of 18 to the UK under a dependent visa.
